All services are for informational and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

3. Coaching Disclaimer

You acknowledge:

• Coaching is a collaborative process requiring your participation
• Results vary based on individual effort and implementation
• Services do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice

4. Payments

Payments are processed via Stripe or approved third-party processors.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize all charges at time of purchase or booking.

5. Refund Policy

• Completed coaching sessions: non-refundable
• Unused coaching packages: may be eligible for partial refund minus administrative and processing fees, at our discretion
• Digital products: non-refundable once accessed or downloaded

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including frameworks, methodologies, written materials, and brand assets (including Quiet Power, IMPACT, and PACE frameworks), is owned by Unapologetically Michelle.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse or attempt to disrupt the website or services
• Copy or redistribute materials without authorization
• Use content in a misleading or commercial derivative manner

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to services at any time, with or without cause, including for breach of these Terms.

In the event of termination:

• Any services already delivered remain non-refundable
• For prepaid but undelivered services, a prorated refund may be issued at our discretion, less reasonable administrative costs

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income, data, or business opportunities.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith informal negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, and brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the State of Georgia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Unapologetically Michelle regarding use of the website and services.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
