About

There is a version of leadership that looks like having it all together. And then there is the version that actually does.

Leadership Coach and Strategic Advisor | Co-Founder, IMPACT Collective

Michelle Odhiambo

From the outside, you have it all together. From the inside, you're quietly wondering why the room still doesn't see what you know you're capable of.

I know that version. I lived it.

I was competent, high-performing, and carrying more than anyone around me could see. I was an introvert in spaces that rewarded visibility over substance, that celebrated the most vocal over the most capable, and that were simply built for people who take up room differently than I do.

I didn't need more motivation. I didn't need a hype speech. I needed clarity. I needed a framework. I needed someone who could see the actual problem and help me build from there.

That person didn't exist for me when I needed them. So I became her.

I built IMPACT Collective because I kept seeing leaders who were completely capable, and couldn't figure out how to be seen.

The Work

My coaching exists at the intersection of leadership development, life coaching, and human transformation - because the leaders I work with don't live in one.

The visibility problem is rarely just a visibility problem. It's a clarity problem. A boundaries problem. A "I've been so focused on executing that I stopped thinking about what I actually want" problem.

I work with thoughtful leaders in complex environments, mid-career and senior professionals navigating pressure, ambiguity, and the quiet weight of being capable in spaces that still make them prove it.

My approach is structured and framework-driven. I use the IMPACT Methodology™ and the ALIGN Session Model™, proprietary frameworks I built to move people from insight to execution without losing themselves in the process.

There's no graduation date. The work deepens as you do.

It is disciplined work. Clear thinking. Aligned action. And the kind of honest reflection that changes how you lead, and how you live.

What Clients Come For

  • A clear read on where their leadership influence stops - and what it takes to extend it
  • Frameworks for navigating high-stakes decisions without second-guessing themselves for days afterward
  • Language for the patterns that have been costing them traction, so they can stop repeating them
  • A way of leading that holds under pressure and doesn't require performing someone else's style
  • A thinking partner who names the real problem instead of validating the symptoms

The Philosophy

I call it Quiet Power.

It is the idea that the most effective leadership is not the loudest, the most visible, or the most choreographed. It is the most intentional. The most grounded. The most clear.

Quiet Power is not a retreat. It is not about staying small, and it is certainly not about hiding. It is about the ability to walk into any room, regardless of who it was built for, and knowing exactly where your leverage sits. It is about using that leverage with precision to move the needle without ever having to raise your voice.

That is what I help people build.

Background

Before I built IMPACT Collective, I spent fifteen years in global operations and customer experience leadership, running enterprise programs for Fortune 500 clients, holding BPO vendors accountable to performance, consolidating fragmented operations, and earning the #1 enterprise-wide performance ranking two years running.

I've sat on both sides of the table. I've been the leader under pressure. I've been the one escalating the leader under pressure.

I know what the rooms actually feel like, which is why I can coach the leaders in them.

I am the Creator of the IMPACT Methodology™ and the Architect of the ALIGN Session Model™. I co-founded IMPACT Collective alongside my husband, Victor Odhiambo Ombee, who brings steady, grounded presence to the work.

The Unapologetically book series begins with Unapologetically Quiet, out now. Three more titles are forthcoming: Until Now, The Lies We Lead By, and Wit and Wisdom in Heels.
